CM allocates departments to new Ministers, Niranjan retains Finance

Bhubaneswar, June 5(Reporters Today Bureau): Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday allotted Finance and Parliamentary Affairs portfolio to Niranjan Pujari after the new council minister was sworn in here.

Jagannath Saraka has been given the SC/ST Development and Law portfolio while Ranendra Pratap Swain has been given Agriculuture, Fisheries and Animal Resources Development, Pramilla Mallick Revenue & Disaster Management, Pratap Deb Industry, MSME  & Energy, Pradeep Amat Forest & Environment and Information & Public Relation, Ashok Chandra Panda Science & Technology, Usha Devi Urban Development, Prafulla Mallick Steel & Mines and Works, Tukuni Sahoo Water Resources and Commerce & Transport, Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak Food Supply & Consumer Welfare and Cooperation,  Nabakishore Das Health & Family Welfare and Rajendra Dholakia Planning & Convergence department.

Minister of State (Independent charge) Samir Ranjan Dash has been given School & Mass Education, Tusharkanti Behera Home, Sports & Youth Affairs and Information Technology, Ashwini Patra Tourism, Odia Language, literature, Culture and Excise, Rohit Pujari Higher Education, Priti Ranjan Ghadai Rural Development and Skill Development & Technical Education, Srikant Sahu Labour, Employment & ESI, Rita Sahoo Handlooms, Textiles and Handicrafts and Basanti Hembram Women & Child Development and Mission Shakti.
