Youth Found Dead From Canal in Jajpur

Jajpur: The body of a youth has been found in Jajpur district of Odisha on Thursday morning. The body has been recovered from a canal behind a crusher near Rathia under Dharmasala Police station limits of the district.

The deceased has been identified as Rudra Prasad Behera, son of Narahari Behera of Abhayapur village. The death has been suspected as a murder. It is also being discussed that the youth has been killed over love affair.

As per reports, Rudra was missing since last Tuesday. After a fanatic search as the family members could not trace out him, they had yesterday filed a missing report at Dharmasala Police Station. Today morning, the body of the youth was seen thrown in a canal near a crusher in Rathia area. Soon, his family members were called.

After getting information Dharmasala Police rushed to the spot and initiated investigation. Father of the deceased has alleged that his son has been murdered. As per preliminary investigation the reason of death is murder love affair. Further investigation of the case is underway.
