Woman Kidnapped, Man Attacked in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Unidentified miscreants attacked a man and kidnapped his female companion in the Maitri Vihar area of Bhubaneswar today.

The victim, identified as Akash Singh, was critically injured during the assault and admitted to Capital Hospital for treatment.

According to reports, a group of four assailants carried out the attack and later used Akash’s phone to demand ransom for the woman’s release.

Commissionerate Police have launched a search operation to rescue the woman, conducting raids at multiple locations as part of the investigation.
