Temple Hundi Looted in Ganjam

Berhampur: Miscreants looted the donation box (hundi) of the Buddheswar temple at Palaspur under Patapur police limits in Ganjam district on Thursday night.

The thieves reportedly broke the temple door, looted the donations, and took away furniture.

This marks the third temple robbery in Ganjam within a month. Earlier, Maa Tara Tarini temple was robbed on November 6, followed by the Nirmaljhara temple in Khallikote on November 8.

Worried locals are demanding strict action against the culprits. Authorities are investigating the incidents.
