Suspicious Death Triggers Probe in Sundargarh

Sundargarh: A married woman, identified as Parvati Munda, has died under mysterious circumstances in Bhadimara village under the jurisdiction of Tikayatpali police station in Odisha’s Sundargarh district.

According to reports, Parvati’s in-laws informed her brother of her death on November 28. However, before her brother could reach their house, the family cremated her body without informing the police, raising suspicions.

Parvati’s brother has since filed a complaint, alleging that his sister was murdered. Acting on the complaint, Bonai police have launched an investigation into the incident. Further details are awaited as the probe continues.
