Suktel Bridge Collapses in Patnagarh

Patnagarh (Reporters Today Bureau): Two persons were killed and another one sustained critical injuries after a portion of Suktel River Bridge collapsed near Tamia village under Patnagarh block of Balangir district today.

The perished have been identified as Manish Kasua and Tapu Kasua, the resident of Madhya Pradesh. They were engaged in the repairing work of the newly constructed bridge. The person who sustained severe injuries in the incident is being treated at Bhima Bhoi Medical College & Hospital in Balangir.
