Student Congress President Udit Pradhan suspended from party

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Student Congress President Udit Pradhan has been suspended from the party. A ‘Public Statement’ released by NSUI National President said this on Monday.

The said Public Statement reads, “In view of recent developments, the NSUI Odisha State President has been suspended with immediate effect, pending inquiry.”

It is to be noted that Odisha Student Congress President Udit Pradhan has been arrested on Monday for the charge of sexually abusing a girl student after mixing a substance into the cold drink of the girl and then sexually assaulting her in a hotel room in Bhubaneswar.
