Stolen Newborn Rescued in Sambalpur, Accused Arrested

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Majhi announced on Thursday that a new reservoir and barrage will be constructed in the Mahanadi River system.

In response to a question in the Odisha Assembly, CM Majhi revealed that the survey work for the project is currently underway. He added that key details of the project are being shared with central agencies, and the necessary maps have been provided to the concerned chief engineers.

The new project aims to enhance water management and infrastructure along the Mahanadi River.
