State Level Security Committee for Railways meeting held
The 4th State Level Security Committee meeting was held Wednesday .It was chaired by the DGP Mr Sharma.
Safety and security of railway passengers, property, law and order, Maoist activity etc were discussed.
It was decided to create a whatsapp group where GRP and RPF staff of SRP Cuttack and SRP Rourkela will be included so that intelligence relating to narcotic drugs, human trafficking etc can be shared.
Emphasis was given on deployment of guards in night trains, CCTV coverage of stations and some important trains.
