Soon divyang devotees to enter sanctum sanctorum of Jagannath Temple

The temple managing committee to soon to make an easy way for divyang and elderly devotees, as soon they can get direct darshan of Lord Jagannath and his siblings Lord Balabhadra and Goddess Subhadra on sanctum sanctorum inside Puri Srimandir.

As per the sources, primary discussion in this regard has been done with ‘Mahaprasad Bojhia’ servitors and other volunteers of the temple. Following the approval of the managing committee, the proposal will be executed soon on the tracks.

A temple administration official said, we had started the initiative before the outbreak of Covid-19. But it was stopped after the pandemic due to a shortage of staff. He also added we will follow the same process as before to ensure divyang devotees can get safe and proper darshan of Lord Jagannath.
