Section 144 Imposed In Keonjhar District 0f Odisha

Keonjhar (Reporters Today Bureau): In a view of the sharp rising of covid 19 cases, in order to curb the spread the Keonjhar district administration imposed Section 144 in all urban areas and the adjoining Panchayats.

The government put restrictions on the gathering of more than five at one place.

The residents will have to mandatorily take consent from the local authorities for marriages and funeral-associated events.

Strict action will be taken against people violating the guidelines or restrictions.
