School Timing Changed for Dhanu Jatra
Bargarh: The school timing in Bargarh of Odisha has been changed keeping in view the huge crowd for the world famous Dhanu Yatra festival. Accordingly, the schools in Bargarh will have morning classes. The District Education Officer informed about this today.
As per reports, for the world famous Dhanu Yatra festival in Bargarh, classes will be held in the morning in Bargarh town. Keeping in mind the huge crowd of spectators, the decision has been made by the District Education Department.
It is to be noted that there are 8 more days left for the festival to end. As a result, keeping in mind the possible crowd and traffic congestion problem, the Bargarh District Education Department has changed the class timings in the educational institutions in Mathuranagari (Bargarh) from the 6th Januayr to the 13th January, 2025.
As per letter number-272 of the District Education Department, dated-4.1.25, from now on, till the end of the Dhanu Yatra festival, classes for students will continue in all government and private schools and colleges in Bargarh town from 8 am to 1 pm. After the Dhanu Yatra, classes for students will resume at the pre-scheduled time.
