Sanjay Das Burma Appointed as Deputy Chairman of Planning Board

Bhubaneswar (Adarsh Rout): Senior BJD leader and former minister Sanjay Das Burma has been appointed vice-chairman of the state planning board. This was announced by Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. He will get Cabinet Minister Cadre.

Sanjay got this post in view of his ability and loyalty to the party. Although he is in the race of Rajya Sabha seat, the party is not in favor of sending him to Delhi as he has a lot of organizational skills needed in the party.
