Rs 6 lakh unaccounted cash recovered from Rayagada Excise Superintendent

Bhubaneswar, May 14

Odisha Vigilance have intercepted and seized unaccounted cash to the tune of Rs 6 lakh from the possession of Superintendent of Excise Rayagada Nina Beura on Friday.

Based on credible information about Beura proceeding from Rayagada to Bhubaneswar with the cash was intercepted by a team of Odisha Vigilance near Bhubaneswar.

She could not account for satisfactorily for the cash.

Searches are on at different places including her relatives.
