Rourkela: Former President Bar Association Found Hanging

Rourkela: The body of the former president of Rourkela Bar Association was found hanging at his residence in Rourkela on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Ramesh Chandra Bala. On being informed, police reached the spot and initiated a probe in this regard.

Though the exact reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained, it is suspected that he committed suicide but the truth is yet to be ascertained.
