R&B Asst Engineer in Vigilance Trap

Balasore (Reporters Today): An Assistant Engineer of R&B was held red handedly by the Vigilance sleuths while taking bribe from a contractor in Balasore.

The govt employee has been identified as Basudeb Prasad Sahu, posted as Assistant Engineer in R&B Sub-Division, Soro.

The engineer was caught by the Vigilance officials of Balasore division while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs 2 lakh from a contractor. A case has been registered in this process and the accused govt servant has been booked.
