Rahul Gandhi Turns 51

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi turned 51 today. Wishes for the former president of the Congress on his birthday poured in from leaders across parties. Along with politicians, fans of Rahul Gandhi also took to social media to convey their best wishes to the Congress leader on his birthday.

In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, Rahul Gandhi has reportedly asked Congress workers to assist in relief efforts and help those whose lives have been ravaged by the virus.

“In view of the second Covid wave and the incredible difficulties people are facing, Mr Gandhi has chosen not to celebrate his birthday. Instead, he has urged Congress workers to continue their relief work around India,” the Twitter handle of the Congress party said on Saturday.
