Puri & Bhubaneswar Heritage Work to Resume from May 29

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): Work related to heritage corridor development around Shree Jagannath Temple in Puri and Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar will resume from May 29, said Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik today.

A decision in this regard was taken at a video conferencing meeting of the CM with the Chief Secretary and other concerned officials.

“We have had more than 2-month break due to COVID virus… where all work was stopped. Now we must try to begin the work both in Puri and Bhubaneswar a day after tomorrow,” said Patnaik. He also asked to follow social distancing guidelines during the work.
