President to Grace 40th Convocation Ceremony of OUAT
Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu on her third day in Odisha will attend the 40th convocation ceremony of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) as its Chief Guest here. The OUAT campus is all geared up for the President’s visit.
Yesterday she had attended the Navy Day celebrations off the Puri coast. After that she had rested in the Raj Bhavan at Puri. As many as 1,000 people including students and teachers and other staff will be present in the convocation ceremony of OUAT.
President will spend one hour in the campus as per her schedule. Thereafter she will take rest at Raj Bhavan. In the evening she will inaugurate the District Judicial Court Complex of Khordha at Bhubaneswar.
On December 6, President Murmu will go on a one-day visit to Mayurbhanj. As per the Blue book, security for the first citizen of India has been arranged. Her route has been declared as ‘no flying zone’. As per the tri-level security, three DCP-ranker officials, 15 additional DCP-ranker officials, 45 ACP-ranker officials, 200 Inspectors and sub-inspectors have been deployed for her security. Including the traffic police, 40 platoon police force has been deployed in the security.
