Pandian Reviews Projects in Malkangiri

Bhubaneswar: 5T Secretary V K Pandian reviewed the progress of various developmental works on the ground in Malkangiri district on Tuesday. Pandian is on a two-day visit to the district.

As per reports, today Pandian visited the Mathili Block of the tribal dominated district and garlanded the statue of martyr Laxmana Nayak. Later, he took stock of the developmental work of the Saptadhara irrigation project. He also visited other areas to review the developmental works on the first day of the visit.

During his two-day tour, he will also review the progress of the Malkangiri railway line works. At Sitakunda in Bonda Ghati, V K Pandian is scheduled to review various development works and interact with the people. He will also visit Hentalaguda and oversee the construction of View Point there.

The 5T Secretary will also interact with the school students and general public on the various issues concerning them and take feedback of the various government schemes. He will hold meetings with the senior officials of the district at various places and appraise about the priorities.
