Pahala: 2 Killed & 10 Hurt in Road Mishap

(Pramit Pramathes) Bhubaneswar: In a pathetic road accident, two persons were killed and near about 10 others were critically injured in a road accident on the National Highway-16 in wee hours today.

The accident took place at around 2.30 am in front of Symphony mall near Hanspal. The perished and injured persons are not yet identified. According to reports, a SUV carrying passengers was travelling from Cuttack to Bhubaneswar.

The vehicle met a severe accident after truck hit it from its side. While two persons were killed in the incident, more than 10 persons including two children were injured. Sources said that the passengers were returning in the SUV after attending a wedding party.
