Orissa: HC Grants Conditional Bail  To MLA Pradeep Panigrahi In Job Scam Case

Cuttack (Reporters Today Bureau): The Orissa High Court (HC) granted bail to Gopalpur MLA and former BJD leader Pradeep Panigrahi in a job fraud case today. He will walk out of the jail soon.

Conditional bail has been granted by the High court to the legislator in connection with the Tata Motors job fraud case.

The case has been registered at Golanthara police station in the Ganjam district.

According to the sources, Out of six cases, he has been granted bail in six cases now and he is free to walk out of the Jharpada Special Jail.

Pradeep was arrested by the Crime Branch on December 3 last year for collecting money from people on behalf of Akash Kumar Pathak, son of arrested IFS officer Abhay Pathak in the name of providing jobs in a private company
