Odisha: Transformation explosion leaving four injured critically.

Bhubaneswar: In a tragic incident, a Transformer exploded today near the OMFED processing plant in Chandrasekharpur area of Bhubaneswar. Four persons injured critically.

All the Victims injured in the mishap were working at a food stall, among them two are a father-son duo.

The incident took place early morning when the victims were preparing snacks for customers.  The food stalls caught fire after the transformer which was set up near the food stall went off accidentally leaving the four sustained critical burn injuries.

Police have rescued all the injured and rushed them to the Capital Hospital here. On being informed, Fire  Services personnel reached the spot and extinguish the flames. The reason behind the explosion was yet to be ascertained.
