Odisha to Witness Rain till Mar 14

Bhubaneswar (Pramit Pramathes): Several districts of the State are likely to witness rainfall till March 14, the IMD, Bhubaneswar predicted.

Weather forecast as per the Meteorological Centre given below.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at many places over the districts of north Odisha and at a few places over the districts of Bolangir, Kandhamal, Subarnapur, Boudh, Khurda today Hailstorm very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Deogarh, Dhenkanal and Angul. Thunderstorm with lighting accompanied with gusty surface winds, speed reaching 30 to 40 kmph very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Dhenkanal, Angul, Deogarh, Sonepur, Boudh, Bolangir, Kandhamal and Sambalpur.

Heavy rain very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Mayurbhanj, Cuttack and Kendrapara. Thunderstorm with lighting accompanied with gusty surface wind speed reaching 30 to 40 kmph very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Bolangir, Bargarh, Sonepur, Boudh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Kandhamal, Khurda, Nayagarh, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore and Kendrapara on tomorrow,  dated March 12.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of Sundergarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Deogarh, Balasore and at one or two places over the rest districts of north Odisha and districts of Kandhamal, Boudh, Khurda, Nayagarh, Kalahandi, Bolangir and dry weather very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha. Thunderstorm with lighting very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Gajapati, Ganjam, Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Kandhamal on March 13

Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of north interior Odisha and districts of Gajapati Ganjam, Koraput, Kandhamal and dry weather very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha on Saturday, March 14.
