Similarly, a yellow alert has been issued in Nabarangpur, Koraput, Malkangiri, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Rayagada and Gajapati.
Thunderstorms and lightning are very likely to occur at isolated places in Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, and Gajapati. “Rainfall is expected to persist until September 16 due to the anticipated weather system.
