Odisha to Witness Another Low Pressure Form Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): A cyclonic circulation over Myanmar coast and adjoining Gulf of Martaban is likely to move northwestwards and emerge into northeast and adjoining east central Bay of Bengal. Under its influence, a low pressure area is likely to form over the same region around September 24 evening, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasted.

The system is likely to move west-northwestwards towards Odisha coast during the subsequent 48 hours, it said.

The Regional Meteorological Centre here has issued rainfall warning for several districts of Odisha in this connection. Further information awaited.
