Odisha to Add 8 New Direct Flight Routes from January
Bhubaneswar: In a New Year initiative, the Odisha government has announced the launch of eight new direct flight services, enhancing connectivity for domestic travelers.
According to the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), Bhubaneswar’s Biju Patnaik International Airport will begin direct flights to five new cities—Indore, Dehradun, Kochi, Jaipur, and Lucknow—starting January 3.
In addition, Veer Surendra Sai Airport in Jharsuguda will introduce direct flights to Hyderabad, Lucknow, Raipur, and Mumbai from January 1.
These new routes are expected to improve air travel options for passengers and boost connectivity to key cities across India.
