Odisha: Snake Venom Racket Busted In Bhubaneswar, 3 Arrested

Bhubaneswar(Reporters Today Bureau): Forest department officials on Saturday busted a snake venom racket and arrested three persons from the Unit-6 area in this regard.

The accused is identified and two of them belong to Balangir and another is a resident of Balasore district.

The police seized two bottles containing 1.3-liter venom worth over Rs 1.30 crore from the possession of the three accused.

Seven to eight more persons, including a woman, from the Master Canteen area, have been detained by police for interrogation in this regard.
