Odisha: On Last Day Of Covid Enforcement Drive, Fine Of Rs 27 Lakh Collected

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau):  The Odisha police have collected a fine of Rs. 27, 40, 040 during the past 24 hours for violation of Covid 19 guidelines.

The Odisha police tweeted “On last day of the special Covid enforcement drive, Odisha Police acted against 9032 violators of mask usage and social distancing rules and collected fine of Rs. 27, 40, 040/- in last 24 hours”.

Cumulatively, Within 10 days of the drive, fine amounting to Rs. 2, 98, 21, 990 have been collected from 1,01,057 violators of Covid protocols.
