Odisha Matric Offline Exam: With 70 Percent Syllabus To Be Held In Odisha.

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): Board of Secondary Education (BSE) will conduct special offline matric exams on 70 percent of the syllabus, from July 30 informed Odisha School and Mass Education Minister, Samir Ranjan Dash on Friday.

He told the media, “The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has already issued a notification for the improvement examination date and guidelines for the students expressing resentment over marks awarded to them. The questions in the examination will be set from 70% of the syllabus as we have already reduced the Class-10 syllabus by 30%. The Board will decide the pattern of questions for the examination”.

The exam will be conducted with strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols, said Dash.

According to the notification issued, the special offline examination is scheduled for July 30 and continues till August 5. The candidates can fill up their forms online between July 5 and 14.

“We assure the students that BSE will take appropriate measures to publish the results within 15 days’ time. The students will not face any problems in Plus II admissions,” said Dash
