Odisha Man To His Newborn Daughter Gifts Land On Moon

Kendrapara(Reporters Today Bureau):  Avaya Kumar Senapati has gifted an ‘out of this world’ gift to her newborn baby by purchasing an acre of land on the moon. He lives in Kupuni village under Pattamundai block of Odisha’s Kendrapara district.

According to the sources, Senapati purchased an acre of land on the moon through USA-based Luna Society International worth Rs 10,000. He had purchased this land for her new-born daughter Aditi. She was born on January 15.

“I wanted to give a special gift to my daughter. With the help of a friend from the USA, I bought one acre of land on the moon through the Luna Society International,” said Senapati.

The Luna Society International has sent him a ‘Lunar Property Registration’ document in which the location of the purchased patch of land on the moon, longitude, and latitude, and other related details are present.
