Odisha CM Launches Real-Time Project Monitoring Dashboard

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday launched the Works Department’s Project Monitoring Dashboard, a cutting-edge digital tool designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, and real-time tracking of infrastructure projects across the state.
Unveiling the system at Lok Seva Bhawan, the Chief Minister said the dashboard will ensure error-free implementation and timely execution of development projects. “This initiative will significantly improve efficiency in project execution and streamline monitoring processes across Odisha,” he said.
Key features of the dashboard include live project tracking, expenditure monitoring, real-time alerts, and an advanced issue tracker to resolve challenges related to land acquisition, forest clearance, and encroachments. These tools aim to facilitate informed decision-making and ensure better accountability.
The system is also equipped with a GIS-enabled interface that offers real-time visualisation of public infrastructure projects. Users can access detailed data at the district and block levels, supported by road and satellite maps to help identify and locate project sites easily.
Chief Minister Majhi further announced that the dashboard’s application would be extended to other government departments, reinforcing the state’s commitment to infrastructure development and good governance.
