Odisha CM Appeals Private Schools for Fees Reduction

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau):  After appealing  to house owners to waive off rent, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today appealed all private educational institutions across the state to consider reduction of school fees.

He called upon all private educational institutions in the state to be sympathetic considering reduction or deferment of school fees from April to June. It will be of great help for parents, whose income has been adversely affected due to the lockdown and associated economic stress following Coronavirus outbreak, Naveen said in a tweet,

Yesterday, Naveen announced that all schools and other educational institutions will remain closed till June 17 in view of the pandemic situation.
