Odisha Assembly adjourned amidst din

Bhubaneswar, July 28(Reporters Today Bureau): The ongoing Monsoon Session of Odisha Assembly got disrupted on Thursday following pandemonium by Opposition BJP over the sexist remark of Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury against President Draupadi Murmu.

During the Question Hour, soon after the House assembled for the day at 10.30 am, the BJP members rushed to the well of the House shouting slogans and holding placards.

Speaker BK Arukha was forced to adjourn the proceedings till 4 pm as the opposition BJP did not show any sign of relenting.
