Odia Music Director Bachchu Mukherjee Dies at 62

Baripada (Reporters Today Bureau): Eminent Odia music director Bachchu Mukherjee passed away at a hospital in Baripada today. He was 62.

Sources said that Bachchu was admitted to the Pandit Raghunath Murmu Medical College and Hospital after he complained of chest pain yesterday following which the doctors declared him dead.

Mukherjee had worked as the music director in many superhit Ollywood movies including ‘Katha Rahijiba Kala Kalaku’, ‘Gopare Badhuchi Kala Kanhei’, ‘Mote ta Love Hela Re’, ‘Suna Chadhei’ and ‘Simili’.
