OAS, ORS & OMAS Officers Get New Appointments

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government transferred several Odisha Administrative Services (OAS), Odisha Revenue Service (ORS) and Odisha Municipal Administrative Services (OMAS) officers and gave them new appointments.

According a notification issued by the Housing and Urban Development Department of the State government a total of 11 OAS, 17 ORS and 2 OMAS officers have been transferred and given new appointments.

1. Pradat Kumar Sahoo, ORS, Asst. Secretary, O/O RDC (ND) Sambalpur whose services have been placed at the disposal of Housing & Urban Development Department vide Revenue & DM Department Notification No.41809/R&DM dated 29.11.2024 is hereby posted as Executive officer, Kamakshyanagar NAC under foreign service terms and conditions vice J.K.Mishra reverted to his own cadre.
2. Rajib Lochan Behera, ORS at present Executive officer, Bhuban NAC, Bhuban is hereby transferred and posted as Executive Officer, Hindol NAC against existing vacancy.
3. Hemanta Kumar Singh, ORS, Sub-Registrar, Udala, Mayurbhanja whose services have been placed at the disposal of Housing & Urban Development Department vide Revenue & DM Department Notification No.41809/R&DM dated 29.11.2024 is hereby posted as Executive officer, Jaleswar Municipality under foreign service terms and conditions.
4. Prasanna Kumar Padhi, ORS, Asst. Collector, 0/0 Sub-Collector, Malkangiri whose services have been placed at the disposal of Housing & Urban Development Department vide Revenue & DM Department Notification No.41809/R&DM dated 29.11.2024 is hereby posted as Executive officer, Gudari NAC, Gudari Sri Santosh Kumar Naik transferred.
5. Santosh Kumar Naik, ORS at present Executive officer, Gudari NAC, Gudari is hereby transferred and posted as Executive Officer, Gunupur Municipality vice Manoj Kumara Tandi placed under suspension.

Tahasildar, Titilagarh, Balangir whose services have been placed at the disposal of Housing & Urban Development Department vide Revenue & DM Department Notification No.41809/R&DM dated 29.11.2024 is hereby posted as Executive officer, Rairangapur Municipality, Rairangapur under foreign service terms and conditions vice Pitambar Naik transferred.
7. Banamali Satapathy, OAS at present Executive officer, Umarkote Municipality is hereby transferred and posted as Executive Officer, Belaguntha NAC, Belaguntha vice Samanta Biswambar Mohapatra directed to join in H & U.D. Department.
8. Ansuman Parida, ORS, Addl.
