NIT Rourkela Doctor Found Dead in Apparent Suicide

Rourkela: Dr. Santosh Hugar, a 30-year-old Medical Officer at NIT Rourkela, was found dead at his official residence in Odisha’s Steel City today.

Originally from Karnataka, Dr. Hugar was discovered hanging from a ceiling fan in his Sector-3 residence by neighbour, who then alerted the police.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the alleged suicide. The exact reason behind Dr. Hugar’s death will be determined after his family members arrive in Rourkela.
