New Domestic Routes from Bhubaneswar in January 2025

Bhubaneswar: The Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) in Bhubaneswar is set to boost its domestic connectivity with new routes from IndiGo and Air India Express, starting January 2025, according to airport authorities.

IndiGo will introduce flights to Indore and Dehradun, with Indore flights operating four days a week and Dehradun flights three days a week, beginning January 1. The scheduled departure time from Bhubaneswar for both routes is 3:00 PM.

Air India Express will commence flights to Lucknow and Jaipur three times a week, and daily flights to Cochin starting January 3. The airline also plans to add five more destinations from Bhubaneswar, further enhancing connectivity.

Additionally, a new Bengaluru base operation is planned, with departures from Bhubaneswar at 6:15 AM and arrivals at 12:20 AM, starting January 4.

These expansions aim to strengthen Bhubaneswar’s position as a key aviation hub in the region.
