Mock Drills on War Preparedness Conducted in Bhadrak and Balasore

Balasore: In a significant step towards enhancing emergency preparedness and response, comprehensive mock drills on war preparedness were successfully conducted in Bhadrak and Balasore districts under the guidance of DIG Dr. Satyajit Naik.

The mock drills, led by District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police of the respective districts, aimed to assess the preparedness and response mechanisms of the district administrations and security forces in the event of a war-like situation. Various scenarios were simulated, and response teams demonstrated their capabilities in handling emergency situations.

In Bhadrak, the exercise was led by DM Dillip Rout Rai and SP Sandeep Madhakar, while in Balasore, it was led by DM Mayur Suryawanshi and SP Raj Prasad. The mock drills showcased the districts’ commitment to ensuring the safety and security of their citizens.

DIG Dr. Satyajit Naik praised the efforts of the district administrations and security forces, stating that the exercises were significant steps towards enhancing the districts’ preparedness and response to emergencies.
