Missing Gajapati Boy Rescued From Factory

Paralakhemundi (Reporters Today Bureau): An eight-year-old boy who was allegedly kidnapped from Kumuti Sahi in Kashinagar NAC of Gajapati district two days ago was rescued from a factory today.

According to reports, an unidentified person called the parents of the child this morning and informed them about the presence of the boy at a cement factory located at Kaithapadar. The couple then rushed to the spot and rescued the child.

Further investigation by police was underway. The boy was playing with his friends in the locality on December 16 evening when two motorcycle-borne miscreants came and asked him about the location of his father’s workplace. The duo then took the child with them on the two-wheeler.
