Miscreants Attack Newsman in Capital

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): In a shocking incident, a journalist sustained critical injuries after allegedly being attacked while he was on morning walk here today. The senior newsman Satya Sundar Bhanja, working with Odia Daily newspaper ‘The Samaya’, was admitted to the Capital Hospital in the State capital.

According to reports, two miscreants on a scooter attacked Bhanja near Delta Chhak during morning walk and snatched his mobile phone. They ran off leaving him injured on the road. The locals rushed him to the hospital for treatment. The working journalist hails from Balangir district. Currently, he is posted in Bhubaneswar as the News Coordinator of ‘Samaya’.
