Man Murdered by Cousin Brother over Land Dispute

Berhampur: In a tragic incident that unfolded, a man lost his life in a violent dispute over a land matter in Basudevpur village under Patapur police in Ganjam district.

The deceased identified as Kulu Pradhan, was involved in a heated argument with his eldest uncle’s son on the previous night. The altercation took a deadly turn when the elder brother, in a fit of rage, attacked Kulu with a long iron rod, striking him on the head.

In critical condition, Kulu was immediately rushed to Adapada Hospital for treatment, but sadly, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Upon being informed Police have reached the scene, and an investigation into the matter is currently underway.
