Man kills self after murdering wife

Padmapur: In a shocking incident, a man killed self after killing his wife. The incident happened in Bheunria village under Padmapur of Bargarh district.

According to information, the couple had a minor dispute after which the man killed his wife under the influence of alcohol by an axe. He attacked her with the axe and she sustained severe injuries.

Locals rushed her to Burla Hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, after gaining consciousness from the effect of alcohol, the man killed himself out of guilt.
