Mahima Mishra gets conditional bail from HC

Orissa High Court today granted conditional bail to noted businessman Mahimananda Mishra, in the Press Chhak bombing case and Tarinigada firing cases against two sureties of Rs 1 lakh each.
The HC also warned the accused not to influence any witness in this connection.
Notably On September 21, 2013, some miscreants had opened fire and hurled bombs at lawyer Abhay Bhatt near Press Chhak in Cuttack. Similarly, In May, 2016, miscreants had opened fire at two youths at Tarinigada in Paradip. The OSL chief was arrested and sent to Choudwar jail in both the cases.
