Little Master seeks 20 minutes of Kohli to address batting woes

Bhubaneswar, July 20(Reporters Today Bureau): Cricket legend Sunil Gavaskar has suggested Virat Kohli to spend twenty minutes with him to address the young cricketer’s batting woes.

Gavaskar said if he spends twenty minutes with Virat it may help him address his recent struggle with batting. “I don’t say it will help. But I feel it could,” Gavaskar said.

Gavaskar said Virat Kohli is having problems outside the off stump. “MY advice, I feel, can help him overcome that,” he said.

“Having been an opening batter, having been troubled by that line, there are certain things that you try and do,” the batting legend said.

Gavaskar said Kohli’s anxiety to be among runs forces him to play that line and his first mistake turns out to be his last.

Kohlis poor form has resulted in his resting from the T-20 format and there is a clamour for resting him in the ODI format also.
