Law Minister reviews Bahuda Yatra preparations

Puri: Bahuda Yatra, the famous return journey of Lord Jagannath and the sibling deities will be held tomorrow on Saturday. On Sunday the famous Suna Besha will be held in Puri of Odisha.

Ahead of this today Odisha Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan reviewed the preparations for Bahuda Yatra.

After the review the minister said that the execution of the rituals and the darshan arrangements for Bahuda Yatra will be systematized by establishing harmony between the servitors and the administration.

Today, the minister held a discussion between the servitors and the administration at Gundicha Ghara in Puri and reviewed all the arrangements from the Integrated Command Control Room.

All the servitors related to the holy Bahuda Yatra and Suna Besha of Mahaprabhu will execute the rituals according to the schedule.

“I am not responsible for answering those who do politics on Rath Yatra and rituals,” Minister Prithviraj Harichandan said.

With the blessings of Mahaprabhu, all the works will be executed smoothly.

AI cameras have been installed. Monitoring is being done from the command control room. This time, this latest technology has been used for the first time. It is very helpful for traffic and crowd control.

The number of devotees at the Adapa Mandapa is increasing. The mishap at the Gundicha temple took place due to human error.

However, the minister avoided the matter that cameras were not installed.

The renovation work of the Ratnabhandara has reached the final stage. Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan has informed that orders have been given to complete all the work by Sunday.
