Kalahandi MCH to turn its light from September-October

Good news for kalahandi people, their pathway will be easy as the Kalahandi government medical college and hospital (MCH) at Bhangabari in Bhawanipatna is scheduled to be functional from September-October, 2023.

As per the latest official report, the establishment work of academic and administrative block, hostels and staff quarters for the 100-seat medical college is almost over, the construction work of the teaching hospital building is underway and is expected to be completed by 2024-25.

Chief district medical officer (CDMO) Ranjan Mitra said the Bhawanipatna government hospital is expected to become functional within the next two three months as the work is going on in a speedy rate.
