Jilted lover kills self in Capital

Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident, a jilted lover allegedly killed self. He was found hanging this morning.

The deceased has been identified as Rahul Gocchayat of Dalit Sahi in Baramunda in Bhubaneswar.

Reportedly, Rahul had left his house and was staying with his maternal grandmother in Baramunda area. There he fell in love with a girl and they were in a relationship.

However, the girl refused to marry him. The family members of Rahul have alleged that he was provoked to kill himself after his girlfriend distanced herself with him.

The incident has created a sensation in Bhubaneswar and a pall of gloom has surfaced in the area.
