Jajpur Medical College Celebration at Bareni Peetha

Jajpur (Reporters Today Bureau): The Odisha Cabinet today approved the establishment of a modern Hospital and Medical College in Jajpur. The cabinet has approved the establishment of a 100-seated medical college and a 500-beded hospital. A total of Rs. 426.51 crore has been allocated for this purpose. There has been a wave of happiness in Jajpur district after cabinet approval for the medical college.

The dream of establishing a long-awaited medical college in the district is coming true. A mass lamp was lit today at the Bareni shrine in the district. The Bareni Peetha was glowing with 5,000 lamps. Jajpur MLA Pranab Prakash Das joined the lighting function and thanked the Chief Minister for fulfilling his long-held hopes.
