ISKCON to conduct untimely Rath Yatra on May 18

Bhubaneswar: The ISKCON is all set to organise the untimely Rath Yatra on May 18 in England’s Chelmsford. The ISKCON informed this through a post on Facebook.

Despite repeated requests and objections over the untimely Rath Yatra of ISKCON, the organisation is hell bent on conducting Rath Yatra at odd times. The devotees have raised question over the off-season Rath Yatra.

In the Facebook post, that also has a card attached to it with a picture of the Rath Yatra, the Lords have been placed in the wrong chariots. Devi Subhadra is seated on the Nandighosh Rath of Lord Jagannath. On Taladhwaja Lord Jagannath has been seated in place of Lord Balabhadra. On the Darpadalan chariot of Balabhadra, Devi Subhadra has been placed.

The devotees and Jagannath lovers have expressed discontent over the faulty placement.
